Pet supplies We love Concord pet stores. We always shop here for pet toys and food. They have a frequent buyer program for dog food. Its a great program but I just wish it was easier to track how many you purchased.
Better than the big guys! I always prefer to go to these guys instead of Petco or Petsmart, the prices are better. They have better selection too. Plus there are several locations around. If I can't find something, they are helpful and always greet you when you come in. (the little things matter!) You'd be surprised how much this little store has! quite a few surprises you won't find with the big guys.
Manager is a joke! I've been shopping at the New Castle Concord Pet for years and they have really cleaned the place up. All of the younger kids are very nice and helpful. There used to be a girl there - I'm assuming the assistant manager - who was GREAT. She was very nice and seemed to really care about your problem. I haven't seen her in forever, so I'm not sure if she left or what. The actual manager is scary. I've heard her yell at employees in front of customers and she DOES NOT want to be bothered with questions. She m... read more
