Managers EJ and Kathleen are above and beyond amazing! They take the time to hear my pets needs and recommend products that meet them. They treat my dog, Cooper, like family... I’ve never experienced better customer service anywhere. Bought a case of wet dog food a few days ago. Opened one can and it was bad. Returned case of food for another case, same brand but different protein. Clerk would not return the opened (bad) can of food. Had to pay .99 for the new case. Essentially, I HAD TO COVER THE COST OF THE BAD CAN. Bad business! They will obviously sell the rest individually. Total BS. They will not get anymore of my business. Writing the food company and the Concord Pet Foods. Principle period.
II saved a $100 this past Sunday thanks to the 30% discount day. Great store and staff
