Variety Concord Pet Supply has a large variety of items for all pets. I go there to get my dog's collars and leashes. He is a strong dog and they helped me pick out the best brand that would stand up to his strength for his safety. The staff is always friendly and has answers to all my questions.
Pet supplies We love Concord pet stores. We always shop here for pet toys and food. They have a frequent buyer program for dog food. Its a great program but I just wish it was easier to track how many you purchased.
Better than the big guys! I always prefer to go to these guys instead of Petco or Petsmart, the prices are better. They have better selection too. Plus there are several locations around. If I can't find something, they are helpful and always greet you when you come in. (the little things matter!) You'd be surprised how much this little store has! quite a few surprises you won't find with the big guys.
Manager is a joke! I've been shopping at the New Castle Concord Pet for years and they have really cleaned the place up. All of the younger kids are very nice and helpful. There used to be a girl there - I'm assuming the assistant manager - who was GREAT. She was very nice and seemed to really care about your problem. Store keeps up with the Big Chain Pet Stores Concord Pet does not seem to feel the ill effects of the chain pet stores such as Petco and Petsmart. They continue to offer a wide variety of food for all types of animals. They also work with animal rescue groups instead of selling animals. PROS: Wide variety of food CONS: Stores are small
Great Store This store has everything the bigger pet stores have, but with a more friendly feel to it. The staff is very helpful, always offering to carry heavy items to the car for customers. The frequent buy program gives customers a free bag of pet food after buying ten. Pets are welcome in the store.
Great Employees and good prices on cat food The employees are so helpful and friendly. Prices on cat food are great. In my area they double some cat food coupons, check your stores for details.They even offered and carried out my 20 pound bag of cat food. What a great place to shop for per supplies. Best Pet store around! This store sells many many varieties of food, bedding and accessories for all kinds of pets. Owners often bring their pets with them when they shop. Once a year they have a moonlight madness sale, where most of the store is 30% off. Its packed on this day. The employees always offer to carry heavy purchases to your car. Very nice shop.
Concord Pet They may not have the huge selection of a Petco, but their prices are comparable, their staff are very friendly and know what they are talking about and they generally have good quality products. They are also good with the animals that come into the store. That is always a plus!! I only go anywhere else when I am looking for a hard to find item.
