Had a referral for 12 acupuncture appointments. Office decided to schedule me with someone regarding a diet. Unbeknownst to me I attended the visit assuming it was for acupuncture and go charge $500. Tried to contact the office numerous time spoke with a couple of people and they continue to send me a bill for $500 for a dietitian not willing to help me or file it correctly.
