Took them several months to set up mediation and they were less than helpful during the process after it finally began. Every time I called to check in on where we were in the process, I got a rude girl at the front desk who didn’t have a clue what was going on or care in the least. Very stressful experience on top of the obvious reason(s) you would need mediation.
I see from previous reviews that all the good reviews were years ago and no one has given a good review in the past year. They called me out of the blue saying they were working with the youth who stole my car and property and wanted a statement from me about how it affected me. Andrew said he would email me information about their organization and the process. No email. Then Gwen was supposed to call me a couple times and didn't.
