I've been waiting on a call back for weeks and weeks. This is ridiculous. Update: the finally called (yes, it's APRIL), and took my money for a "consultation". Two days later I was called by "Andrew" where he gave me an ultimatum going forward. I literally said "are you giving me an ultimatum?" And the DIRECTOR said "YES". What kind of "mediation" center deals in ultimatums?! How could I ever believe they can help mediate if they talk to me in ultimatums?
