I've been waiting on a call back for weeks and weeks. This is ridiculous. Update: the finally called (yes, it's APRIL), and took my money for a "consultation". Two days later I was called by "Andrew" where he gave me an ultimatum going forward. I literally said "are you giving me an ultimatum?" And the DIRECTOR said "YES". What kind of "mediation" center deals in ultimatums?! How could I ever believe they can help mediate if they talk to me in ultimatums?

Took them several months to set up mediation and they were less than helpful during the process after it finally began. Every time I called to check in on where we were in the process, I got a rude girl at the front desk who didn’t have a clue what was going on or care in the least. Very stressful experience on top of the obvious reason(s) you would need mediation.
