People will complain about the retail service here, but this ain't HD or Lowes, it's a supply house. If you need a 2x12 and don't want to burn an hour driving to HD in Waltham and back, they're great. The hours however are limited, since they service contractors. That said, while I might have to wait or try to get someone's attention, I've always gotten what I needed here from paint to lumber to propane tank refills all while supporting a local shop rather than sending the money to a mega corp.
Clean organized lumber yard that is easy to work with
The employees have an attitude when you ask a simple question. If you don't have good customer service don't work retail
