We are based out of NJ, we had a job in the boston area. We contacted the store at 10 am on a Saturday and was told that they closed at 12. Our tech arrived at 1140am and was told that they are closed. After a 10 minute conversation about the materials we needed for the job, the they refused to sell us the products. I called with our tech in the parking lot at 5 of 12 and they still refused to sell us the product. Thats bad business.
I have been a costumer on this store for many years. The staff is always very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Great inventory, good pricing and excellent service.
