Had a bus leaving concord at 2. But the bus driver mark allowed non passengers in to say goodbyes and hold the bus till 2:07 causing me to miss connecting bus at 2:30. The lack of awareness by the driver is costly and should respect other passengers that rely on the timely departure they advise
If you have to go to Logan, ride the bus. Super easy.

Easy way to travel to Boston without worrying about traffic and parking. The price is right, ticket purchase was simple, and the bus was clean. The driver, Mariann, was very friendly as well as helpful and professional. I felt safe and relaxed.
