I take the bus occasionally around New England and am consistently impressed by the service and how low-stress it always is. Call the phone number, immediately speak to a human being, and easily get my questions answered. I recently decided to change my destination from South Station to Boston Logan, and the guy said, “As long as you can grab your bag, you’re good to go.” Always a great experience with everyone from this company.
Buses always on time! We use this service twice a week Concord to Boston. Driver's are friendly and buses are clean. Highly recommend.
