Heights bus is consistently late. driver constantly stops at the post office and in front of Haven wood for 10 minutes on his phone. Also told a disabled passenger to move so his friend could sit by him and talk. Bill was the drivers name.
According to their online schedule, the stop at S. Main and Thorndike is 8:15; the bus then goes to The Capitol Shopping Center, then to Eagle Square. The schedule states the time arriving at Eagle Square is 8:29-8:49. I show up at the Capitol Shopping Center at 8:20, just to have the driver refuse to let me in. He pointed to his watch. If the schedule has been changed, Concord Transit needs to update their schedule, especially the one online. I rely on that schedule which is wrong.
