I had the destiny card and had credit protection. I lost my job and tried to activate the protection. They never responded and continued to charge late fees. I called customer service and come to find out I had 4 open accounts so I just closed them. They kept issuing new card numbers without my knowledge.I would rather deal with a lowered credit score from closing an account than to deal with these fraudsters.
Horrible company. Deactivated my card AFTER I told them not to! Then said “sorry, you have to wait for the new card!). It wouldn’t be an issue if I wasn’t going overseas the next day. I’ll definitely be closing my account with this place! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!
They closed my account due to inactivity in the last 6 months. Yet payments were being made every month on time balance was less than 1/10th of the credit limit. They didn’t even take into account as to why the card wasn’t used. A grieving wife and family due to a deadly accident wasn’t acceptable to continue keeping the card open.
This place has MORONS GALORE WORKING THERE! You get India that try to disguise their voices thinking people here are dumb🙄 they added an over limit fee for no reason I never. Asked for overlimit protection or fees, it’s illegal to add coverage of any sort to an account without permission. I closed my acct there. This concord company is horrible.
I have an indigo card. The morons who work there have locked up my account. Some supposed suspicious activity is the flimsy excuse they gave me. It's amazing that the only activity that happened was I paid my bill. Email said "thank you for your payment". Then they locked the account. I have had my card for almost a year and never had a problem until these "people" took over the billing. They really screwed the pooch this time.
