While treating acute to chronic injuries, Christian will prescribe rehabilitative exercises that works with my training plan for Weightlifting to ensure I am managing pain and injuries throughout my competitions training cycles. I have had success with a full recovery from injuries with his help. He services many other athletes and can connect with others so well. He's thorough with taking notes and very professional.
I’m a highly active individual (snowboarding, hiking, golf, volleyball, etc.). I was in a rollover car wreck and injured my neck, back and shoulder. Christian helped get me back to full speed and doing the things I love at a high level with no pain.
Cristian is great , he addresses the problem and pushes you to do better in all aspect of health. He consistently check up to make sure you are listening and staying encouraged throughout the process . Would highly recommended any body to come check him out
If it wasn’t for Christian I wouldn’t be able to move. Not only did I get to ski copper mountain for the first time I actually feel like a brand new man. My back was so out of wack, he was tremendously helpful
