If it wasn’t for Christian I wouldn’t be able to move. Not only did I get to ski copper mountain for the first time I actually feel like a brand new man. My back was so out of wack, he was tremendously helpful

So thankful I found Christian! He came to the house and did dry needling and an adjustment on my boyfriend when he was in rough shape. I will be definitely having him come back!
Christian created a workout program for me to get me ready for the ski season. He worked with me to figure out exactly what it was I was wanting. Once we figured it out he created it focusing on strength, endurance, and stability. He had a free app for me to access and track my workouts. I can’t express enough how much this helped my confidence on the mountain. The usual leg burn I would feel after just a few runs was no longer was there, I felt much stronger and in more control. Highly recommend his programming!!
Dr. Christian Wade is an outstanding physical therapist and individual. Having chronic pain had put me in a dark place, and I was nearly hopeless about the possibility of ever feeling better. Christian has given that hope back to me - I am feeling stronger, more confident, and my pain is being managed well. He listens with intent and empathy, which makes me feel heard. I recommend Christian to anyone who is experiencing acute or chronic pain. You will be happy you chose him!
