I gave them all the information/documents needed for my taxes, and it turns out they never actually filed (this was a year ago). When I reached out to get it sorted, they assumed responsibility, said they were on it, and now after another two months, I'm ghosted. I am an extremely reasonable/forgiving person, but this irritated me enough to write a review (which I never do). Hope my penalties for paying my taxes well over a year late aren't too bad.
