My family and I are so grateful to Lisa at Concepts in Travel. She recommended the most beautiful resort and at a fair price. When our plane was delayed on our way out of town and caused us to miss our connecting flight and show up at our resort one day late Lisa was on it and took care of everything. She got us an extra night stay and re-arranged our flights for the way home and it didn't cost us anything more. She was very reachable and dependable. We will definitely look her up for our next trip.

Terrible service , i guess if you have Rena plan your whole vacay you will get more attn.

I'm was sorry to read the other persons experience with this agency. I was just looking them up to book another trip and saw the review. I had to comment. I have booked over 20 trips with this agency, over many years. I have found them to be friendly, helpful and attentive. When there has been a glitch ( through no fault of my agent, flight delays/missing connection), I've reached my agent at home and she made a poor sithuation better. I have recommended this agency to my family and many friends. All have told me good things... read more

I used this travel agency to book a vacation for 9 family members to Hawaii. I was never told that there was a non-stop, so of course we had to change planes. Our seats were no where near each other on either legs of the the 12 hour trip. My 8 year old wasn't even given the seat next to me and my husband was no where near me on either one coming or going.
