Vlad was very dismissive and refused to provide pricing due to not receiving an order from my last quote request. The project is on hold and hasn't even been awarded which makes it difficult to place an order. We cannot establish a relationship if you're not willing to provide pricing on jobs that I am negotiating on.
Vlad is great to work with…. He arranged ordering the doors after reviewing all the options with us…. Doors came in and he promptly set up the install. We r really happy with the service and product….. sliders are quality!
