Purchased a Home Camera Security System a few years back. Has been working seamlessly until a recent power outage/surge. I had issues reconfiguring the system particularly the AI/Motion Sensor notification protocol. I gave my POC a call (Stephane) who got back to me immediately. The network switch that they installed in a new Tamarack house does not work. This seems to be a very common issue with their service and products. I don't think they know what they are doing. I wouldn't trust them with anything if they even failed at this simple ob. For the people who are experiencing the same issue, you will need a new network switch. I got mine from Amazon. Youtube the procedure. Don't even bother contacting them. They will rip you off.

Very poor service. After contacting several times in a span of 5 months to install a chandelier they did not showed the courtesy of responding.
