What began as a bit of a rocky start with our mirrors due to a bad "mastik" that left our mirrors cloudy, has ended up with great customer service! We appreciate Mike getting back to us so quickly and fixing the issue on ALL of our mirrors. We would absolutely use Concept Closets again and highly recommend. Thank you Mike! We used Concept Closets for mirrors and glass shower installation in our new home when we built almost 2 years and 9-1/2 months ago. After a year, we called CC as we started noticing that our shower glass wall was becoming loose and additionally noticing that our mirrors had areas that were becoming more "cloudy". Someone came and resealed the shower glass wall and inspected the mirrors.
