Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They messed up a section of my kitchen cabinets in March, and it took until the end of October for them to return and fix. They constantly dodged my calls and emails for 7 months. They no showed and no called multiple times. They showed no remorse for the headaches caused and time wasted. I would not recommend using this company.
I am begrudgingly giving one star but Concepts32 doesn’t even deserve this. Least professional and most frustrating company to deal with. Simple and preventable mistakes were made, no follow up from any of the staff until you bug them for days. They won’t ever reach out to correct issues/update you. Who is responsible? I couldn’t tell you, they pass you off from person to person. Reimbursement money that we are owed never reached us. It has been weeks since they said the “accounting department” would write a check. What a great experience! Loved Pia, the designer! From the time we set foot into the showroom to the cabinet installation, we couldn't have been happier! Beautiful product, wonderful service and greatly appreciate their willingness to make sure the final product is perfect! Highly recommend this company!
These guys produce quality products and are great people to deal with. I have purchased 100's of thousands in cabinetry inclusive of cabinets for my own home!
