I'm done with Concentra. Everytime I go to these places, there's always a problem. When I arrived, they said they didn't have any paperwork on me. This has happened a few times at the East Hartford location. While I was trying to contact the organization that set the appointment, they found the paperwork. 3 days later, I called said organization to get my clearance to go back to work, they tell me that Concentra didn't have the paperwork signed by a doctor.
