Too long of a wait for a basic test. Staff is somewhat rude. Waited fir almost an hour to get a test, there were only 2 other people ahead of me. Long wait did not make any sense and the staff is not courteous or nice, they talk to you in a rude way, no smiles. Thumbs down.
The blood extraction or phlebotomy skills leave less to be desired. The first medical assistant had an MD mentality (which she was not) she was very rushed. She didn’t listen to advice, despite the fact being 24 years in the medical field myself. I felt her to be a little condescending in her mannerism and very high on herself. The phlebotomy skills leave a lot to be desired. I will definitely not be going back to that urgent care again, and I made sure that my Agency is aware not to send their future nurses there again. The first associate that took care of me was reluctant to listen to any instructions had a very elevated attitude and mentality. Although the PA that did my physical was extremely professional and showed enormous professionalism and patient to practitioner dynamics. Kudos to her.
