came in for a walk in drug testing for work front desk was super sweet and the nurses were quick & efficient didnt even have to wait more than 30 minutes
Waited over 6 hours for a DOT physical everybody that came after me left before me, pos of place!!! Go to a different one unless you wanna wait all day
Had to change my review after DMV told me my license would be downgraded due to medical certificate never being sent to DMV by Concentra as required by law. Took 3 times calling to get it sent. Thats horrible. They risk people's livelihoods. Please do better
This place is a joke. If you schedule an appointment for someone, you take them back close to their appointment time, not an hour plus later and then make them wait in the room for an additional hour plus. How does someone schedule an appointment at opening and is still sitting in the waiting room 45 minutes later? The appointment was at the time you OPENED. There was clearly no one ahead. Absolutely ridiculous.
