When I was called for my appointment, the staff openly stated the reason for my visit before the outer waiting room door had even closed—well before I was in a private area. To make matters worse, I received an immunization with the door completely open, in full view of the reception area and within close proximity to the waiting area where other patients were present and visibly looking in. Went in for cdl random. Lobby looks a bit different than when it was Pivot. Wait wasn't long, went in around 10:30-ish. Fill out your info check-in through a text link now, instead of the paper/pen & clipboard. Once you're called back, process is quick and you're outta there. Overall, I'm satisfied.!
The office was quick with getting me checked in. But the lady who take the samples is rude. The job may be mundane but there’s not reason to be so rude. From smacking and popping her gum to just pointing directions and not speaking, her lack of professionalism said a lot.

I never been to a medical facility with a totally unqualified nurse,she was unable to do a simple blood draw for testing,I did a drug screen and she left my urine sit on a counter for 10 minutes before testing & had the audacity to say the temperature was not good!!she gave me a fit test that was absolutely wrongly done,I could sue this facility for negligence,First she put a bag over my head and sprayed Saccharin & asked me if I could taste it,of course I could,then she removed the bag and asked me to put on my respirator,I... read more
