Every staff I had contact with was very pleasant & professional. Wait time was not bad, considering how many people were there for one service or another. Only problem was that I knew I was supposed to have TB screen & drug testing. And for some reason they only had me do one & then I had to come back the next day for the other. I didn’t like that. Maybe my employer did not provide Concentra correct info?

Ty, imani,Mo, is very professional. Greeted me with smile. They need a raise. Manager was rude i said hi. She looked up and roll her eyes.
Had to come here for a drug test and the place is very well kept! The staff were very nice and helpful (Emoni & Monique) they are great, funny, and well mannered people! I was in & out! Well a little wait but that was cause I couldn’t use the bathroom 🤣
