I was the 3rd person to check in just before 8am, the ladies behind the desk were somewhat friendly. My phone won’t emails from Concentra so I had to wait quite awhile for the one iPad they had as the first guy did not know how to work it. The gal who did most of my physical was so sweet and caring. Cudos to her. I left the exam room to the desk to get my medical examiners card, the gal who brought me out of the exam room was quite rude. I left the facility 2 hours and 20 minutes later.
Great experience very professional highly recommend this facility!
