I was really pleased with the facility. I was able to check in and able to go to lunch while my name was on the list and I didn’t lose my spot. Unfortunately there was a little bit of a miscommunication in regard to. They will call you if you weren’t in the building, but it didn’t bother me any because the lady who helped me when I was in the back was super friendly, really efficient and that’s what really made it a good experience for me.

The staff were friendly and nice, but the wait times were horrendous. I arrived at opening (8 am) and due to no possibility of making an appointment for what I needed (walk in only) I wasn't seen until well after 11:30 with no updates on wait time whatsoever. I was told at the counter that my wait time would be an hour and a half. That was a bold face lie. So if you go, plan to wait a good amount of your day. This issue would be solved easily by making an appointment, but alas that's not an option for some things I guess.

Do not go for urgent care needs!!! This is a “bandaid station” or work’s comp facility.
