The PA simply decided not to treat my symptoms even though I’d expressed disagreement with that decision. Because I’d disagreed with his decision, he apparently didn’t send the sample to get a culture. My treatment was started by a different doctor at a later date, the neglectful care I receive here resulted in my condition worsening and for it taking longer to be resolved. Check in was a little interesting. But the nurse who assisted me was very professional and nice. I was having a horrible day and she treated me like a human. She was patient, caring and took the time out of her day to say nice things. Great experience here, also very clean!
The front desk staff and the MA were very kind and respectful. The PA who saw me was very condescending and spoke to me like I was an idiot. Not one time did he wash his hands or use hand sanitizer. He put on his gloves and then went back to typing on the computer and then did my physical exam. As someone who works in the healthcare field I was quite taken aback by his attitude and lack of hand hygiene.
Friendly people and fast service. Answered all questions. Good job!
