Very friendly staff. Very long wait time.
Needed to renew my CDL with an annual physical. No appointment needed, had purchase order from bus company. When I checked in, I was told it may be up to 3 hour wait. Only one provider available and limited staff. Needed to get it done. Waited for about 2.25 hours, called in, did preliminary testing, waited in room for another 30 minutes. 10 minute physical completed and was in Concentra for 3.5 hrs with the understanding I would have a wait.
