I went here for a physical and TB test for my new job. After the nurse administered the test, she gave me a reminder card with the dates and times to show up to avoid having to redo the test. I went back on the 2nd date listed and after a different nurse checked the injection site, she informed me that I was too early. When I showed her the paper the other nurse handed me, she said she would talk to her and asked me to stay until I could get my paperwork. Very friendly and very helpful
This particular location struggles with approving DOT exams. Went in for one for First Student as a new hire and now my exam is pending after I go for sleep apnea testing due to my BMI being 41. I had no problems eight months ago when I went for my first DOT exam (Different employer at the time) to the location in New Berlin.
