It was very good
All of the staff that I interacted with on that day (a Thursday morning) were friendly, thorough, and professional. My main concern was the very long wait to be seen. Several other (would-be) patients in the waiting room left without being seen, as they also complained about the wait time.
Absolutely terrible experience at Concentra Urgent Care in Exton. My wife barely walked through the door before they were already telling her to go somewhere else. They claimed they do not take her insurance, even though this exact facility was listed on the insurance company’s website as an in-network provider. Instead of trying to verify anything or help resolve the issue, they seemed perfectly happy to just turn her away. Then they said there was a three-hour wait because they take walk-ins. No shit.
