It took 1.5 hours to be seen. After initial weight and blood pressure it took about 20 minutes for a room to open up and then over 30 minutes for doctor to come in.
The wait time was greater than 35 minutes for an employment drug test. Since the employer was paying for it, I didn't have much say on where to go. The tech was courteous and efficient.
Erica seems to be onto something with the comment below. I went in there 25 mins before closing. I was told ahead of time theres no appoontment needed. I was given a side eye and was told the women that does the tests is going home 25 minutes before close. There just lazy staff and they know it because they have to put a sign that says anyone with aggressive language about staff will be asked to leave and they will tell our employer about it
When a company posts their hours and offers patients no way to actually speak to a human being, it is extremely frustrating to show up for your testing only to find out that they are not taking any more patients for the day. I left work early to go get testing done, and when I got to Concentra (an hour before they close for the day) there was a sign at the front desk (not a human) to let me know that they were no longer taking patients for the day.
