Wasted time 5 horas waiting
The staff there is great. But the main business sucks!!!! I had 3 days to get a basic physical. No drug test none of that. Tell me why the wait the first of my 2 days the receptionist ask me is 3 to 4 hour wait ok? 😖 I told her no its not ok! So I went on my 3rd day arrived there at 6:40 a.m to be in at 7. This company needs to make appointments fir this kind of stuff! No one has 4 hours to sit and wait.

This is the worse urgent care I have experienced in my life. They contract through the VA, so as a veteran you have no choice. They will take all patients with work physicals BEFORE sick patients. Staff behind counter also repeatedly said about patients “beggars can’t be choosers”. So unprofessional. Will be reporting this staff members names to the VA, Better Business Bureau and clinic management. My recommendation is that you do not go here, if you have $300, pay out-of-pocket and go literally anywhere else.
