Where to begin! I've never had a medical office straight argue about my height, and have their guess be so completely wrong! (I'm 5'9.5" and they swear I'm 5'7". Mind you, I've since gone to a different physician, and we actually brought out a tape measure. I'm 5'9!) The weight and height combo they utilize, also put me at 10lbs over what I've weighed for the last 6 months. Long wait times. Opened at 8:00 but first client wasn’t at the counter until 8:39 and first lab taken back was 9:00. Very inefficient
