That was very kind. The equivalent failure is the only reason I gave three stars I needed a rapid drug screen and alcohol test non-DOT where I can leave the area so I ended up having to spend a little over two days trying to get the test done elsewhere
Shouldn’t be called a urgent care if they can’t do simple tests like uti screening. Also definitely felt uncomfortable with a patient sitting right next to the desk to check in. Like where does any type of privacy come into play there over sensitive issues especially when someone already has anxiety.
