RecommendedI enjoyed my experience with concentra the staff was friendly and the nurse was personable and acknowledged my 1 year old. I was sent to concentra for a work injury the first dr I spoke to was nice and listened to what I had to say however the second dr I saw was in to much of a hurry. I hurt my knee and all they did was an X-ray to check the bones they haven’t done an mri to check ligaments or muscles
Although most of the staff were polite...the doctor is rude and spends literally 1 minute in your room talking to you. Also, when I called to check on a status i got snapped at for calling them. Over all pretty disappointed with this place
