The lady at the front desk was having a bad day and being rude to the customers. But the guy in back was a professional and positive.
I understand that there is a staffing shortage at the clinic in Kent. However, each time I have an appointment with my doctor, I have consistently had to wait precisely one hour before being seen, only for the appointment itself to last about 5–8 minutes. I understand that delays can happen occasionally, but I have noticed that this has become a consistent pattern at every visit.
