RecommendedI went there for a physical and drug screen. I couldn’t get a specimen and the nurse gave me water and said I had up to 3 hours to go or it would be a fail. She was extremely nice about it!! Most people would’ve given me an attitude. Laurie was patient and kind!! The girl at the front desk was so pleasant when I checked in and when I left. She was very friendly to everyone!!! Thank you!!!
I went for a urine drug test. Went there ready to pee and had to wait 2 hrs. They started started taking people that came in after me. I finally had to tell them it’s now or never. After all that my test went to pending. Why I have no idea. I don’t even have aspirin in my system. Way under staffed. And being short staffed wasn’t they had s new person there. No management that I saw. Terrible customer service.

I was there 4 he's just to get a little cut stitched up. The new Dr just wanted to use strips but Sorba insisted on stitches.
I went there yesterday for a pre-employment drug screen at the end of the day. The heat strip on the urine cup gave no body temperature so they wanted a second sample period I could not stay as I had other things to do and it would have taken me at least an hour to be able to pee again. Long story short I lost the job. Yes these people have faulty equipment or inconsiderate and I think they were fairly rude with me
My boyfriend came here to get a drug screen and physical for employment and we arrived at 9:45 am and his appointment was at 10am. It's been two hours and still haven't been seen. Would not recommend this at all! This is absurd. Any longer and I'll have to go in late for work.
