was sent for a pre hire drug and physical was told it would be a 2 1/2 hour wait. people came in after me and they were seen before me computers crash for my dot paper work

I had a 11:45 appointment here today, for a follow up on my stitches. It's been 1 1/2 hours, and I'm still waiting!!! I just went up to the desk, and the little sticker I signed in on hadn't been removed yet! Not happy!
I was there for a drug test I spent an hour and forty five minutes waiting for something that took all of about 5 seconds to do secondly while waiting I felt like I need to go to the bathroom when asked how much longer a nurse was a bit rude and told me how busy there were
Replace Jennifer Yanow. Had to go there 3 times as per lawyer. She never looked at problem area. Also asked why we were there; really? NEVER wrote anything down! The problem area will get better in a "few" months; we drove an hour each way for that? She was late for every appointment. Once not even in the building at the appointment time. Contacted both my lawyer and NJM about "your" problem person.
