Concentea es muy efectiva, profesional, y cuida mucho a sus pacientes en todo aspecto y especialmente nos protege del CORONA VIRUS.
Staff is very unprofessional waited 3 hrs for a drug test that took 10 mins too do once called in then staff sent my results too a different costumer so had to retake the test again too send too my employer not happy at all with Concentra medical !
very bad service. I had a severe face wound and went to urgent care for first aid but it took them more than 3 hours to see me. after looking at me doc simple said, they recommend me to go to er and not even applied first aid or clean my wounds. but they made sure to charge my insurance swiftly for a visit. never ever recommend for any urgent care needs.
I went to Concentra for my follow up care due to a workmans comp injury. The nurse and Dr. Quash were very nice, answered all my questions, and made me feel at ease. The only downside is the wait time since they are a walk in clinic as well. I do feel that it's worth the wait tho.
