Walk in over all did a bit of waiting but out of the doctor visit within the hour. ! With X-ray done. So I believe pretty good considering the long wait on Passed experience

I was a walk in. Had to get a physical for a new job, so the hour wait wasn't too bad except the examination room was FREEZING! Coldest doctor's office I've ever been in. The front desk people were very nice and efficient. The doctor was very nice and thorough.
The physical therapy department are truly wonderful people they do their best to make you feel comfortable, always helpful and always smiling.
I was a walk in. The person at the front was nice but not openly friendly but was efficient. The nurses, although not unkind could have been friendlier. I saw a PA. He took some time to talk but seemed reluctant to actually examine me. Overall it wasn't a bad place. I was seen quickly and had my answer. But all of the staff need to remember that the people coming in don't feel well and open kindness goes a long way.

I like Dr Woodson a lot and all of the other staff as well. The physical therapy people are great too. My one major complaint is that you can't get anyone to return a call. Apparently there is one person here who must be so over worked that she just can't call back even when my employer calls asking for paperwork. I can tolerate the wait times, but not the lack of return calls. That's just plain rude.
