The Airport Clinic was closedthe patients were all sent to Mendota Heights. I upwaited an 1.5 hours before ebeing seen. After completing the first two exam portions, I was told to come back the following Friday for the third portion with a Physical Therapist, who was not in that day. Now I must take another day off for it.
Rode a bicycle to the clinic for a work drug test. Only three people waiting in the waiting room with maybe 40 seats. Went to check in and a guy (not a receptionist) told me I had to leave my bike ($$$) outside. The waiting room had two walkers and a wheelchair stuck in one corner. Without a lock I left and went to another location.
They never sent my drug test results to my employer and they were rude when I called and asked for help
Very amazing atmosphere! All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful! I felt comfortable with all staff! Wonderful place to go for an check ups or appointments!
