They will try to get you to come in to "discharge" you when you're done with therapy and healed up. It is a way to get you to pay for one more visit. It's all about the dollars, not about your health. What a sorry world we all live in.
Absolutely terrible customer service. One of the employees at the front desk was extremely rude and acted like they couldn’t be bothered to do their job. Their attitude was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. If you don’t like dealing with customers, maybe you’re in the wrong line of work. I won’t be coming back, and I’ll be telling others to avoid this place too. Management seriously needs to get it together and hire people who actually know how to treat customers with basic respect.
