The person that was at the receptionist was not that polite. It’s acting like I couldn’t just walk in for a physical without paperwork and if that was so this was the first time they had told me about this policy, but he made it seem like no it’s always been like that I’m wrong so that was a little annoying.
The staff is very nice and polite. They talked with me about the injury, and explained how they will help me. The Therapist is in the same building as the Doctor. So the visit are very convenient for me.
Doctors and nurses were great, but receptionist dude with the 💅 energy needs to get his attitude in check lol
Dude who works the front desk is super sassy and unprofessional. Didn't grow up with a father figure in the house by the sounds. 2 hour plus wait times and just a bad experience all around lmao Doctor and nurses were nice though
