I went to Concentra Urgent Care for my workers’ compensation injuries, and my experience was very disappointing. I felt that my injuries and symptoms were minimized rather than fully listened to, examined, and documented. I went there needing help and an accurate medical record for my work injury, but I left feeling like my pain and concerns were downplayed. I thought it was a good testing center. Only reason for a 4 was because they didn't tell me what substances they were testing for.
I really like going here for my DOT drug test and physical staff are always very efficient and extremely friendly
The Front desk person acted if I was a bother to be there. Bad customer service
