Took 2.5 hours of waiting for a scheduled appointment. Probably just low on staff that day but they should adjust their scheduling and appointment density accordingly
Called the office number, and it states that walk ins are welcome no appointment. So I drive from Wathena, Ks to Riverside road. Once I got there they said they were full and can’t see me. 1st strike. So they ask if I’d like to make an appointment for that Thursday, at 8:00am. Thursday comes, already had my information entered on Monday. Call over there Monday at 7:45am, and receptionist was overly rude. Informing me that I DIDN’T have an appointment. Everyone was professional. The doctor was extremely professional and polite. But I waited around an hour or more after I was done with everything else.Just for the doctor to come in and see me. Cutting corners is not good. You would have given a 10 or 5 stars if you would have hired more than one doctor. Big companies don't care that the patients have a life and are also busy.
