I went to the Fishers, IN location. Very nice, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, prompt staff. I had a drug urinalysis and a DOT physical.
The wait to get into a room was pretty short (15 minutes or so) but then it was almost an hour before I saw the doctor. Once the doctor came in things moved pretty quickly and i was out the door about 20 minutes later. Everyone was friendly but the wait time seemed excessive considering there was only one other person in the waiting room.
waiting time was fair also the employees were nice
Been waiting in the lobby for an hour and a half just to pee in a cup. This is ridiculous.
