I work with them on a business/professional aspect. I scheduled someone for employment related testing. Called and scheduled them, and they travelled a decent distance to complete this. After waiting an hour they finally saw him and did only part of his testing before rescheduling him to come back and complete on another day. Not only are they holding him up from starting work, but costing him additional time and money.
I was seen in the urgent care for a headache and got what I would consider to be mediocre, extremely out of date care (the doctor wrote me a prescription for a medication that isn't even manufactured anymore). Two months later I still hadn't seen a bill, though I got the EOB from my insurance after only a week. I called twice in that time, and both times was told that my bill was still processing so I couldn't pay it yet. Was checked in promptly. Even though I came in early for paperwork and my appointment was at 5 I wasn't seen until after 5:15. Took forever.
I have taken myself and my family here since they opened. Everyone does a wondeful job and they are reasonably priced. Its easier to get in then my regular Doctor's.
