If I could put no stars I would. I been here from the time they’ve been open almost 3.5 hours and I’m still waiting. This makes me mad dammit. I hate stupid stuff like this all to get a damn dot physical. I am livid.
If I could put no stars I would because this is a horrible facility. They should inform patients coming in for a physical that they will not be seen till the end of their clinic. There’s no reason anyone should have to wait 4-5 hours to be seen. Also, they should look into getting friendlier staff because these people are just rude and hateful. The doctor I seen was the only pleasant person I seen in that office. I hope I never have to come back up this facility ever again. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.
My employer sent me to concentra because I had a accident @ work, I was diagnosed with a ankle sprain with pulled ligaments. Send to PT then sent back to work. PT aggravated the sprain not help. I’ve been there four times since the sprain and seen 3 different Doctors. The first couple of times was a P.A that didn’t even bother to look at my foot. But wrote her on thoughts.
