I’m trying to return a provider review after attention at Concentra Franklin Park IL. I don’t think this is the correct place to do THAT review, BUT it is Sat. am the nurse (Javeria) & the doctor (A. A.) (I believe) were BOTH attentive & pleasant. Concentra works with workplace injuries, so unless your employer sends you, you WILL NOT use their services.
Had a appointment at 1:30 pm got their at 1pm didn’t get call to the room at 4:00pm and waited until the doctor came in at 4:30 and looked at me and said I heard you where waiting for me 🙄 I said yes since 1 pm and he just saw my injury and said ok see you next week only 5 min 🙄🙄🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

I went to the Franklin Park location on 9/2/20 for a COVID test. To date (9/17/20) I have yet to receive a call from Concentra with my results even though I was assured I would be called as soon as they were received. My negative report was sent to my employer on 9/8/20. I had called the location 2 times prior to the 8th inquiring about the status of my test. URGENT Training on Time management and Staffing needed at this location. Unfortunately, I can't rave about this Concentra Urgent Care location, (AKA: American Current Care Of Illinois) at 10137 Grand Ave, Franklin Park, Cook, IL 60131.
