I’m trying to return a provider review after attention at Concentra Franklin Park IL. I don’t think this is the correct place to do THAT review, BUT it is Sat. am the nurse (Javeria) & the doctor (A. A.) (I believe) were BOTH attentive & pleasant. Concentra works with workplace injuries, so unless your employer sends you, you WILL NOT use their services.
URGENT Training on Time management and Staffing needed at this location. Unfortunately, I can't rave about this Concentra Urgent Care location, (AKA: American Current Care Of Illinois) at 10137 Grand Ave, Franklin Park, Cook, IL 60131.
