I woke up early Monday morning with a painful UTI, it was a holiday and I wanted care ASAP. My doctor's office opened at 9:00, but I was looking for relief sooner that that. I went to the Concentra Urgent Care closest to me because it opened at 8:00. I was the first one there, no other patients at the time. The staff were all rude, it was obvious they hated being there.
