it was easy. in and out quickly and very friendly staff.
Way to much and detailed paperwork and in most questions the information does not change. The way they set up the information you put in your cell, caused me to loose a bunch of data questions they asked which took me about 30 minutes to complete. I got frustrated and the lady was kind enough to get me through it quicker. I'm being generous to give three stars, just because the staff was cool.
Had a drug screening and medical DOT card renewal, and the staff and doctor were polite and helpful! I would recommend them for those two items!
My husband needed a very easy and quick fax to be sent to the DMV to correct a mistake that they made, but instead of saying... I'm sorry for the mistake, let me get the fax number I'll send that right over for you, she said We are closed you'll have to come back on Monday. It was 5:02 they closed at 5! Terrible customer service!!! The guy at the DMV said mistakes made by this clinic are NOT uncommon! So my husband went back in to this place to have the error fixed and there was NO apology for the error! Unbelievable!
