I waited over an hour for a simple urine drug screen test in the middle of a weekday. It was freezing cold in the waiting room and the secretary was not friendly at all. The man who actually performed my drug screen was very pleasant however!

I needed a pre-employment drug screen. I stopped in without an appointment and the receptionist told me it’d be about 30-45 min wait. I took a seat, and settled in. The wait turned out to be more the 15 min. The nurse who administered the collection was friendly and professional. I was in and out in less then an hour.

Horrible! I waited three hours to see the doctor. Absolutely unacceptable. When I got there, there was one other person in the waiting room. No one was coming out, it looked like the office was empty. The second time I had an appointment so I thought it would be a quick in and out. No such luck. My appointment was for 3:30. I got there at 3:15 and didn’t see a doctor until 5:45! Again there was no one else there that I could see. Horrible way to run a professional business. Avoid this place if you can.
