Extremely rude front desk staff. Claimed they weren't really an urgent care. Maybe the name needs changed. Said my insurance was inactive (after waiting 45 minutes for them just to get my info entered), when I got my insurance company on the phone to verify the activity of my insurance, their front desk manager claimed they didn't need to know if my insurance was active, that I was REFUSING to pay their $135 copay.
