Extremely rude front desk staff. Claimed they weren't really an urgent care. Maybe the name needs changed. Said my insurance was inactive (after waiting 45 minutes for them just to get my info entered), when I got my insurance company on the phone to verify the activity of my insurance, their front desk manager claimed they didn't need to know if my insurance was active, that I was REFUSING to pay their $135 copay. The receptionist were ery helpful and kind
My new employer needed me to go have a check up here so I could prove how healthy I am and that I could do the job. I thought they did a great job. The waiting time was normal for any type of medical office. They were patient with me when I needed a minute to either respond or finish a test. I would give them a 9/10. The only reason why it’s a 9/10 is because they forgot to finish one test because my paperwork was double sided, so I had to turn around after I left 5 minutes prior, but I was still in the city so it wasn’t to ... read more

Thought the staff was excellent, and helpful with any questions I had.
I was ROBBED BLIND! Billed thousands of dollars for an arm sling and two trays. Nobody fixed ANYTHING, it healed itself! Doctor told me I would have "limited mobility" if I didn't have surgery. Well....i didn't have surgery and my broken in half arm heeled 100% !!! I would NEVER go back!
