Terrible experience, came in for a follow-up and waited for an hour. To be told O I'm sorry. Keeping an appointment is important to some people.

RecommendedEveryone is nice, they are efficient, they try to get everyone in and out in a timely manner. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I tell everyone I know to go there.
Never go to this hospital. Worst experience I had in my life by visiting this hospital for Pre-employment drug test. Never took care of the Employer address I provided them in the order confirmation letter and sent it to a different company which was the wrong address. It was almost 4 days after I gave the sample to the hospital but still result was not given to the employer. Employer asked me for the receipt on the 4th day which proves that I have taken the test. Concentra could improve by hiring a doctor or two that did not graduate at the bottom of their class. I had the misfortune of dealing with a "doctor" with a total lack of judgement and common sense. My employer pays for a mandatory yearly physical here, so it was not by choice that I walked in their door, nor should anyone walk in these door expecting any type of health care. Do not, I repeat, do not go here by choice or if you really have a serious medical issue.
The nurses and staff was quick and friendly. My visit went quicker than I expected. I truly recommend.
I was there for a pre-employment drug screening. The staff was great, everyone was super friendly and I was in and out quickly.
Went into Concentra for a drug screening for a new job. Everyone was helpful, I was in & out.. very smooth operation.
