The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Doctor was very engaging and interested in my needs. The nurse was very professional and kind.
The opportunity to fill out a questionnaire about my health conditions greatly helped to save a lot of time when there for appointments! It was really quick and made in a professional manner! Thank you!
Needed a pre-employment drug screen. Concentra prioritizes you for this test. A few minutes wait and I was peeing and getting on my way. Very polite, informative, and professional. I knew exactly how it was happening from the minute I walked in the door and got greeted at the counter. I did another of these tests at a different provider the same day; let's just say it wasn't the same experience.
