Everyone at the front was very friendly and welcoming. I was able to walk in and get the physical done, but the nurse kept saying the facility wasn’t equipment to perform the physical, and she didn’t know how to exactly do the physical. However, the doctor made it happen by instructing her to use what they had at the facility, and get the exam complete. Very good, and knowledgeable doctor there.
I did not have to wait very long. Unlike my visits to the Concentra over on Dixon. Here, I was in and out in no time. Whereas, at the Concentra on Dixon it's been an all day affair on several occasions.
Just went for pre employment physical and drug screen. The lady at the front could not have nicer. Very warm greeting. The young lady that took me back, CMA, sorry didn't get her name, was great. Very nice, very professional. She was very good at job.
Was quick service and pleasant staff!
