I had tried 5 times to receive my treatment, no fault of Concentra, and the ladies made me feel like a friend every time!!

Friendly, quick and efficient! In and out with little wait.
I waited up to 30 minutes after I was told that only 1 person was in front of me and 4 different people went back to have their urinalysis or physical. I had told them I needed to go to the bathroom and I had to hold it in until I was called. I was not happy.
