The woman who helped me at the front desk was fantastic! She was very nice, patient, and made the beginning of my visit a really good experience. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the woman who helped me with my drug screening for a job. I unfortunately didn’t get her name, but she came across as very rude and judgmental. I had to wait over 4 hours, just to be seen and my physical only took about 30 minutes. Also I felt like the staff didn’t listen to what I had to say and didn’t seem to care anything about my opinions
Roberto is an excellent Physical Therapist.
This staff was amazing and even though there waiting room with field with patient, they remain steadfast, professional and delivered world-class customer service on a Monday.Keep up the good job
I came here for sprained ankle. From the reception to the physical therapy(Roberto) all of them nothing but professional. Thanks for the rehab and now I’m back working. God bless
