Arrived @9am and was told there was still a 2hr wait time with only 3-people in the lobby. Also was told I should probably go to the L’ville location if I didn’t want to wait. But yeah I sat there all morning til finally seen having spent just over 3hrs there!
Very professional, and kind as well! This is my second time at the same Concentra, still same great customer service.

Update: DO NOT GO HERE— sometimes time efficiency comes at the expense of accuracy. I went here unfortunately for a court custody case. And the collection lab not only charged me an additional fee to collect my samples, which were already paid for and billed to the wrong ordering facility—BUT also didn’t collect my specimen correctly resulting in an unidentifiable collection. Excellent service. Pleasant waiting experience. The doctors are great — they explain everything clearly and take their time to care for you. The reception staff gives you a warm welcome and are very friendly.
