This place is one of the most unprofessional health facilities I have ever been to. The rudeness of the office manager, Doctor, and front desk staff is unacceptable. Not to mention the Doctor works in the interest of the employer, not the employee. They down play your injuries and the put what they want in your medical records. TERRIBLE! DON'T EVEN GO TO YOUR APPOINTMENT! This is mainly a worker's comp business, so the therapists are nothing special. I think they've gone through 3 different name changes, depending on which healthcare conglomerate buys them out for consolidation. Most times, therapists are treating 2-3 patients simultaneously, which means you never get individual attention/guidance. Reischl Physical Therapy is much better.
